We are Prince 2 practitioners and have
been using Prince 2 for many years...
Prince 2 is basically some management bunkum
invented by an American in a big blue-chip organisation. What it means is that
we can create your new business website according to good standard
methodologies, doing things properly in a planned step-by-step manner. This
minimises mistakes and means that the whole process is documented along the way.
This process is a little more long-winded, so the 2 week website is now out the
window. However, if this is what you want and it fits in with the processes you use in your organisation then we can do it. We prefer to use a little more of the AGILE methodology (getting things done quickly) with some bits of Prince 2 thrown in to make sure it is done right.
